Release into Strength (60 min)
Integrates Pilates Mat repertoire, props, Yamuna Body Rolling, breath work, into a slower-paced class with detailed instruction, modifications, and time to explore the work. Ideal for those new to the method or anyone wanting a deeper dive.

flow into strength

Flow into Strength (45 min)
A more continuous, deliberate flow, this class integrates Pilates Mat repertoire, props, Yamuna Body Rolling, breath moving fluidly from exercise to exercise. For those who prefer a steady pace and less verbal breakdown.

These classes are in studio and open to people of all levels. Yamuna balls and foam rollers will be provided. Class size is limited to eight people in order to enable each student receives lots of individual attention.
