    DBP’s Semi-Private Sessions (60 min) draw from the Pilates Reformer repertoire. This machine is wonderfully versatile enabling full body workouts for people of all fitness levels. The semi-private session combines the energy of a class with the individualized attention of a private session. Please also note our cancellation policy

    DBP’s Release into Strength mat class synthesizes Yamuna Body Rolling and Pilates mat repertoire to lengthen and strengthen muscles. There is a special focus on building strength in the core, but each month we focus on lengthening and strengthening a specific part of the body, e.g. the hip, spine, shoulders. Structuring exercises as progressions, moving from easier to more challenging, enables students of all levels to work where they are both challenged and safe.     Once you have completed prep sessions on Reformer safety and repertoire, we will design your Reformer workout. You will then be ready to rent the studio for your Reformer workout on an hourly basis. The number of sessions you need will depend on previous experience.
